Transporting your package

Your hunting box will usually be shipped within 24 hours after receiving your payment. The shipping mode will be according to your choice, Colis followed, Collissimo, Chronopost before 1pm. . Whichever shipping method you choose, on your request we can provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping fee for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.
Package Option Tracked: J-Time – 3 to 5 Business Days for Delivery
Collissimo Option: J-Time – 2 business days.

Option Chronopost: Time 1 for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.
The shipping fee is flat-rate and is charged in addition to the price of gift boxes as follows:
For the delivery mode Colis followed Colissimo and chronopst:
Followed letter: 5.0 TTC
Collissimo tracked 7.90 TTC
Chronopost before 1pm: 29.90 TTC

The return of the package

Returns of parcels are accepted within 7 days of the delivery of your order. The costs of returns remain your responsibility, the box must be returned to us in its original state, any degradation will not be entitled to a total refund, a discount of 20% of the price of the box will be made. That’s why we recommend that you protect the box when it is sent.
Upon receipt of the package and after checking its condition a transfer will be made to you within 48 hours.
